A large gated house in the countryside just off the road between Cortona and Arezzo. It is only a few km. outside the city in San Pietro a Cegliolo (near Il Falconiere Relais) and has excellent views to the hills, of Cortona, and over the Val di Chiana. The house is typical Tuscan style stone farmhouse but has modern conveniences (full kitchen, dishwasher, & washer) and is fully furnished. It also has a TV and a phone. The house has four bedrooms with double (matrimoniale) beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. There are also two living rooms (both with foldout sofabeds & both have fireplaces). It has four bathrooms. In addition to the kitchen, there is a woodburning oven (forno al legno) outside.
There is a covered terrace
on the lower level for pleasant outdoor dining. There is a private
pool and a lovely garden. The property also has a garage and
